Policies
A consultation is required & completed PRIOR to service appointment for all new color clients, and returning color clients that have not visited for more than 8 months or have been serviced by someone else.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
• 48 hours notice – no fees will be charged •
• 24-47 hours cancellation notice – 50% of booked service will be charged •
• 23 or less hours – 100% of booked services will be charged •
• Must be via text (408-417-2783) or online booking app (NO SOCIAL MEDIA)
• Deposit due at the time of booking •
• If you are not feeling well, do not attempt to come to the salon. You must cancel within 48 hours per the policy requirements. If you come in unwell you will be kindly rescheduled and charged for the appointment •
• Be prepared to pay a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE •
• In-person consultations are always required for new clients. If you are an existing client wanting a change please request a virtual consultation •
• Large appointments (over 5HRS) will not be accepted past 12PM •
• NEW CLIENTS: Please understand that your first appointment with me is meant for me to be able to get to know your hair so it is advised that you do not make any plans the day of your appointment so that we may be prepared for any circumstances that may arise •
• New clients must have AT LEAST two inspiration photos ready •
• Remember inspiration photos are exactly that: inspiration. I will always do my best to get you closer to your goal, but I can never guarantee that it will happen immediately. If your end-goal may take sessions I will do my best to inform you as quickly as possible •
• If you have a budget, please verbalize that. I am more than happy to find options that work for the both of us if necessary •
• I will work on your hair based on my professional opinion and not your expectation. The integrity of your hair is my priority •
• You will be expected to follow any hair care recommendations when serviced by me. If the advice given isn’t followed, I cannot guarantee the health/longevity of your hair. If my recommendations remain neglected this can be grounds for discontinuation of services •
REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds on any type of hair services performed under any circumstances. You have 7 days from the day of your appointment (after being serviced) to do the following: vocalize any inconsistencies/hiccups in your hair. (Any fixes that do not pertain to the original service requested will be charged accordingly.) Communication is key.
• Please do not arrive more than 5 min early •
• Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to complete your services and the cancellation fees will apply to all scheduled services (This policy ensures the time booked for all clients is honored and not interrupted) •
• We have reserved your appointment time just for you and unfortunately switching to smaller service same day will be viewed as a last min cancellation and will result to 100% charge of services booked. Adding services may run into following guests. Please feel free to ask any questions at least 7 days before appointment or prior to booking your appointment. • You MUST come with clean freshly washed (48 hours prior), fully dried hair. No product. It is important for me to see your hair in it’s natural state and ready for service for best results •
• No other people may come with you unless they also have an appointment •
• My chair is my safe space. No hate speech will be tolerated •
NO TOLERANCE POLICY
I will not tolerate any forms of disrespect to myself or to anyone else.
